$50/hour (40 hours/week + overtime eligible)

About the Opportunity We are partnering with one of the world's largest and most prestigious business professional firms to hire a high-level Executive Assistant to support their team. This is an open-ended contract with an initial expected duration of 4-5+ months, with the potential to extend long-term. While contract-to-hire is not guaranteed, strong performance may lead to permanent consideration. This role offers consistent exposure to senior leadership and C-level executives, making it an excellent opportunity for a polished, career Executive Assistant with experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to 3 senior executives, with potential backup support for additional team members Manage complex, ever-changing calendars with a high degree of accuracy and foresight Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, agendas, and logistics Plan and execute travel and meetings across multiple locations Serve as a primary liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, materials, and hospitality services Prepare and process executive expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Draft, edit, and manage professional communications on behalf of executives Maintain organization systems, trackers, and confidential records Required Qualifications 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership Proven experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Extensive experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom/MS Teams Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed
