We are looking for an organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a Contract position based in New York. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage sensitive information with discretion while keeping daily administrative activities running smoothly. Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leaders, helping manage priorities, schedules, and routine office activities.
Handle confidential documents and communications with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain records to ensure files are accessible, current, and properly stored.
Create and compile board-related materials, including assembling reports and supporting documentation for review.
Coordinate outgoing correspondence, including processing certified mail and confirming timely delivery of important documents.
Assist with general office and clerical functions such as document preparation, inbox coordination, and follow-up communication.
Support billing and time-related administrative tasks by entering, tracking, and organizing information as needed.
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external contacts to ensure a strong customer service experience.
