Job Description:
A global fashion company with a diverse portfolio of recognized brands is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, design-driven environment. Who You Are You have 6+ years of experience supporting senior leadership within fashion production and/or design environments Highly organized and adept at managing shifting priorities and tight timelines Trusted and discreet when working with confidential information A strong written and verbal communicator with high emotional intelligence Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and project management tools What You'll Do Oversee executive scheduling across multiple time zones Coordinate travel plans and produce clear, detailed itineraries Manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness Act as a key liaison, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders Support meetings through preparation, documentation, and follow-ups Maintain trackers to monitor timelines, deliverables, and priorities Create presentations and materials for leadership use Partner with teams across design, merchandising, sourcing, and operations What Success Looks Like Schedules and priorities are proactively managed Communication is clear, timely, and keeps stakeholders aligned Deadlines and initiatives stay on track with strong follow-through Leadership is consistently supported and well-prepared
Salary Range:
$120,000 - 130,000 annually, based on experience
