About the Company A global investment firm based in New York City is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior member of the executive team. About the Role Responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, directing communication and information flow to/from the principals, researching a wide array of topics, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities Managing complex schedules Directing communication and information flow to/from the principals Researching a wide array of topics Providing comprehensive administrative support Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction Required Skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Strong research and analytical skills Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks Exemplary references Preferred Skills We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience and from a broad range of professional and academic backgrounds. Pay range and compensation package This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a pay range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package.
