Located in the heart of NYC, we are committed to creating memorable experiences for families of all backgrounds. Role Description This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping turn big ideas into reality. The position combines executive support, partnership development, fundraising, sponsorship outreach, donor relations, and strategic project coordination. Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Manage follow-up with prospective donors, sponsors, foundations, and partners
  • Help identify and develop corporate sponsorship opportunities
  • Assist with fundraising campaigns and capital campaign activities
  • Research foundations, grant opportunities, and community partnerships
  • Coordinate meetings with donors, corporations, government agencies, and community leaders
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising materials
  • Maintain partnership and donor pipelines
  • Manage selected CEO communications, scheduling, and project follow-up
  • Represent the organization professionally with external stakeholders Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities
  • Experience in fundraising, sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, nonprofit development, executive support, or related fields preferred
  • Comfortable speaking with executives, donors, foundations, and community leaders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM systems, or similar tools Compensation
  • Starting salary: $65,000+ based on experience
  • Additional incentives tied to sponsorships, partnerships, fundraising success, and major donor relationships
  • Hybrid position with most work performed remotely and 3 days per week in Manhattan
