Job Description

Comprehensive Wealth Management Firm looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer. The position requires the following qualities: smart, loyal, willing to learn, interested in the financial industry, assist in client meetings, presents well. Responsibilities will include drafting letters, contracts, filing, phones, scheduling appointments. Looking for a recent college graduate with a degree in business, accounting or finance or 2 years office work experience. The job will include training for investment management research, client service, trading, compliance and bookkeeping. Experience with financial services firm a plus. Full Time Position. Salary and full medical benefits. Retirement plan. Must have a car and drive. Non-Smoking. Lynbrook location.
