Job Description

A leading global marketing and technology company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Chief People Officer. This critical role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative environment and act as a trusted operational partner to an executive leader. Compensation and Benefits
    Base Salary:
    $100,000 - $125,000 (with slight flexibility for exceptional experience)
      Bonus:
      Discretionary annual bonus

            Work Structure:
            Hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
              Location:
              Midtown East, New York, NY
                Hours:
                Generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While minimal overtime is anticipated, flexibility to handle occasional evening schedule changes or urgent communications is required. Key Responsibilities
                  Calendar and Communication Management:
                  Oversee a demanding schedule by prioritizing and organizing appointments based on core corporate priorities. Maintain intensive calendar tracking and monitor email communications to ensure all meetings remain accurate and up to date.
                    Administrative Support:
                    Manage phone coverage and provide light support for travel coordination and expense reporting.
                      Special Projects and Culture Initiatives:
                      Drive ad-hoc projects from conception to completion. This role offers significant exposure to employee engagement initiatives and internal event planning (such as corporate functions and team happy hours) rather than day-to-day HR operations. Qualifications and Requirements
                      • 7-10+ years of experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of C-suite /Senior Level Executive Assistant experience
                      • Professional experience within a large corporate environment is required.
                      • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
                      • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up capabilities. You must demonstrate superior judgment, a calm demeanor under pressure, and absolute discretion regarding sensitive, confidential company matters.
                      • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a dedicated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the willingness to adjust hours when project deadlines require it.
                      • A BA/BS degree is preferred; prior experience supporting an HR or People function is a plus.
