The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated, high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Operations Engineering within Global Infrastructure. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, along with strong personal integrity and discretion. As a trusted partner to the VP and broader organization, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, enabling leadership effectiveness, and supporting organizational priorities. The position is highly visible and integral to the success of the team, requiring a proactive mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-paced, and complex environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly adaptable, and motivated to be an embedded partner who contributes positively to team culture and operational excellence.
