Jr. AA/EA to support Associates at Hudson Yards PE Firm BCL Search New York, NY Job Details $90,000 - $110,000 a year 15 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Executive administrative support Full Job Description Our client, a leading global infrastructure investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to join their team. This role will sit within the bullpen, supporting a group of Associates while partnering closely with senior Executive Assistants to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career administrative professional to gain exposure within a fast-paced investment environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, team-driven setting. Candidates coming directly out of financial services (private equity, hedge fund, or investment banking) are strongly preferred. This role is fully in office, five days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to a group of Associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Support meeting coordination, including conference room bookings, materials preparation, and catering as needed Partner closely with senior Executive Assistants to provide coverage and support across the team Assist with ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across all responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
1-5 years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services (private equity, hedge fund, or investment banking) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take direction High level of professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

8:30am-5:30pm; Monday through
Friday SALARY:
$90K-$110K base + discretionary bonus + strong benefits #Ind1
