Job Description

Job Overview Bring your organization superpowers and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting senior leadership. The Executive Assistant is the go-to partner for managing schedules, coordinating communication, organizing travel, and keeping key projects and priorities on track. This role also plays a critical part in supporting events, trade shows, and cross-functional initiatives that help drive the business forward. This position connects the dots between executives, employees, customers, vendors, and external partners—ensuring communication flows smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism. What You'll Do Keep leadership on track by managing calendars, meetings, priorities, and daily schedules Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries Prepare polished correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials Be a communication hub—screen, prioritize, respond to, and follow up on inquiries from internal and external partners, customers, and vendors Support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables Follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met and progress stays on track Help improve processes and streamline administrative workflows wherever possible Provide hands-on support for trade shows, meetings, conferences, and company events Coordinate logistics including registration, materials shipping, vendor communication, schedules, and on-site support What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in executive support, administrative work, or project coordination Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with project management tools is a plus Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and handle confidential information with care Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset Additional Notes Some weekend availability may be required during peak project periods, events, or trade shows Frequent use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, printers, and copiers Fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days look exactly the same
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
