About Us Tell Every Amazing Lady About Ovarian Cancer® (T.E.A.L.®) is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting women impacted by ovarian cancer through education, outreach, and survivor programs. We are a small, collaborative team committed to making a meaningful impact in our community. Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned professional who can assist with projects across all of the organization departments.
Responsibly will include:
assisting with project management, management of organizations calendars, schedules, deadlines, administrative and programatical tasks of all kinds. There is no day that looks the same and new projects come up often. This role will help keep things running smoothly and get projects completed. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone highly organized, systems-minded, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Part-time We are looking for someone who can dedicate a few hours, five days a week in person at our T.E.A.L.® Community Center.

Approximately 10 to 25+ hours a week Flexible schedule (set in advance monthly) Occasional evenings and weekends required Responsibilities will
Include:
Assisting across all programs Help with open and close of office, answering phones, customer support Conducting outreach, community events, fundraising, sponsorships Help with planning of large and small events Logging program activity and reach data and monitoring other staff's data for which they are responsible, ensuring all activity and reach numbers are accounted for and correct in necessary spreadsheets. Assist in attending organization/community events; helping to spread the organizations mission Assisting with administrative duties of all kinds Being relied on to help with any project or task that comes up Qualifications 5+ years of nonprofit or public health experience (required) Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills Experience with Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud preferred Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Empathy and ability to work directly with cancer patients and families Comfortable collaborating with a small team Strong customer services skills Ability to work ahead of and meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Experience in program/project management Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in Canva Experience in photoshop Comfortable with public speaking Work Environment Fully in-person role in Brooklyn, NY Small, mission-driven team—collaborative and hands-on Fast-paced with evolving priorities; flexibility required Why Join Us Make a direct impact supporting individuals affected by cancer Work closely with leadership in a growing nonprofit Opportunity for long-term growth and increased responsibility Flexible part-time schedule How to Apply Please email your resume and cover letter to contact@telleveryamazinglady.org with the job title in the subject line.
