Job Description:
Ainsley Search Group is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to join a Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain company located in the Bronx County, this Executive Assistant reports to the COO and support the event planning, internal and external communication, business presentation, administrative support to multiple Executives. This is a full-time opportunity with lucrative base, bonus, and career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Reports to the COO and support multiple executives regarding event planning, internal and external communications, business presentation, and administrative support. Organizing and maintaining files and records for the Executive department, support expense, agenda, travel planning and management. Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive subjects and documents. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments based on the Executives' daily agenda. Maintain relations with both external and internal stakeholders, follow up and follow through on various projects, events, and other related affairs for the executive teams. Making travel and guest arrangements for the executives Provide effective customer service and communication to both internal and external customers. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communication, PR, business or equivalent work experience. Recent years of tenure as an Executive Assistant, PR, Communications to C Suite Leaders Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking. Excellent people skills and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suit, excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail, able to follow up and follow through and able to work under minimum supervision.
