Job Description:
Overview A massively growing, Series A, marketplace within the transportation space, is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO in the New York City location.
To note:
this is an on-site role in the Flatiron Area, and will require the candidate to be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
Responsibilities:
Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, travel, and expense management end-to-end Build and define the the Executive Assistant function from scratch as the first (and only) EA at the company Anticipate needs and look around corners by proactively spotting gaps before they become problems Build trust and rapport with the CEO and broader leadership team to support the executive function Operate cross-functionally across the company, gaining exposure to how a high-growth startup is built and scaled Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year university required 2+ years of experience as an EA or in a high-ownership ops role, ideally at a seed-to-Series B venture-backed startup Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - the CEO notices everything Direct, fast communicator who thrives in ambiguity and can match the pace of a busy startup CEO
