Our client is seeking a tech-savvy professional with a proven track record of supporting executive leadership and managing complex departmental initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate with discretion and autonomy while ensuring teams stay aligned and projects move forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination Provide comprehensive support to executive leadership, including proactive calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up on key action items. Use AI tools to assist with sorting, prioritizing and classifying emails. Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring priorities are communicated and executed effectively. Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling conflicts with sound judgment and discretion. Project Oversight & Team Alignment Act as a central point of coordination to keep teams informed on priorities, timelines, and deliverables as directed by executives. Facilitate communication between teams, escalate issues when necessary, and help remove roadblocks to maintain communication. Prepare concise status updates and summaries for executive review. Operational Excellence & Leadership Support Drive efficiency and collaboration across the department by implementing best practices and process improvements. Manage special projects and confidential assignments with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. Act as a resource for team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business administration or similar 5 years of experience supporting technology leadership with 2 years focused on executive leadership Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, projects, and priorities for senior leadership. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Familiarity with AI tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Salary $100,000-110,000
