Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of schedules, communications, and office functions. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help foster a productive work environment and enable executives to focus on strategic priorities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our organization's success, supporting key decision-makers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail. Serve as the first point of contact for clients Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. Coordinate office management tasks including filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and organizing files both physically and digitally using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Provide exceptional customer service support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Support personal assistant duties such as calendar management, task prioritization, and handling confidential information discreetly. Facilitate communication between departments by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Maintain office organization through efficient filing systems, proofreading documents for accuracy, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. Experience Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
