Executive Assistant American Consolidated Industries, Inc. - 1.0 Cleveland, OH Job Details Part-time | Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Customer inquiry handling Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (either full time or part time) to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner who can manage a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. Assist with project management and follow-up on action items as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing and directing them appropriately. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records. Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
