Job Description

Executive Assistant I - Council Under administrative direction, plans, manages, and coordinates operations and staff functions, including administration, constituent services, research, and finance. May supervise assigned staff and coordinate work activities, ensuring the timely completion of assignments and projects in support of established goals and initiatives. Provides administrative and operational support for the office. Performs other related duties as required. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required in Business Administration, Public Administration or closely related field. Two (2) years of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking. F our years of full-time paid experience in office administration, executive administrative support, or related administrative role in government or private industry required. Advanced proficiency in office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize assignments, and coordinate multiple tasks or projects. Valid State of Ohio Driver's License is required.
