In this role, you will operate as a force multiplier. You will be directly connected to the CEO and the pace of the business. When things move fast, you move faster. What You'll Own CEO ExecutionTime Optimization Own and manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and focus Ensure time is spent on the highest-value activities Prepare the CEO for meetings, decisions, and key interactions Leadership Accountability Track commitments across leadership Ensure deadlines are met Follow up consistently and enforce accountability Strategic Execution Track all key initiatives and priorities Ensure projects do not stall or disappear Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and next steps CommunicationCoordination Filter and prioritize communication to the CEO Ensure clear and structured communication across leadership Act as a central coordination point across teams Meeting Execution Prepare agendas, materials, and context Capture action items and track completion Ensure meetings are efficient and outcome-driven Business IntelligenceReporting Support development of dashboards and reporting Maintain visibility into company performance Identify issues early and escalate when necessary Operational Structure Build and improve systems for organization, reporting, and workflows Reduce inefficiencies and eliminate confusion Who Thrives in This Role You are someone who: Anticipates problems before they happen Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks Stays calm under pressure and shifting priorities Communicates clearly and directly Holds others accountable without creating friction Operates with structure, urgency, and discipline Wants to be involved in building and scaling a business Why This Role Matters This is not a traditional administrative role.
