Responsibilities Include:

Work in coordination with marketing director to ensure admissions occur in a timely, courteous and professional manner Tracking of referral information Assisting Department heads with filing, record keeping and other tasks as assigned. Obtain necessary information to determine eligibility for admission. Communicate with resident and families on facility services and issues Assists in all marketing efforts for the facility

Qualifications Include:

Must be knowledgeable of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to healthcare financial processes Must possess ability to positively interact with personnel, customer, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
