Company Description The Dalton Foundation is a Christian non-profit focused on creating impactful change in Northeastern Ohio and low- and middle-income countries globally. The foundation is dedicated to providing hope and improving the lives of women and children, individuals in need of healthcare, those recovering from addiction, and those reentering society after incarceration. Through strategic partnerships across local, national, and international levels, the Dalton Foundation brings targeted support to communities in need. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Twinsburg, OH, for an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, provide high-level executive support, and maintain effective communication on behalf of the foundation. Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, clerical duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support the foundation's mission. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the ongoing growth of the relink.org resource database by researching, verifying, updating, and maintaining provider information to ensure database accuracy and quality and supporting data collection and reporting for International projects. Qualifications Administrative assistance experience, preferably at a non-profit organization Passion for the work and mission Strong Communication skills and Phone Etiquette Experience with Clerical Skills and organizational tasks Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools Prior experience in a nonprofit or philanthropic setting is a plus
