Role Summary The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a critical organizational team member responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and organization of the CEO's day-to-day operations. This individual serves as a trusted liaison, managing executive priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technologically proficient, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.           • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
          • 4+ years of experience in office administration
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills
          • Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking and follow-through skills Nice-to-Have
          • Notary (Ohio)
          • Experience working in our current organization systems (Canva, Calendly, Adobe)
          • Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience (ideally RedTail)

          Personal logistics are handled efficiently, allowing the CEO to be fully present at work and at home.

          Projects are completed on schedule and without requiring constant CEO oversight.

Compensation & Benefits
            Base Salary:
            $50,000 - $70,000+, based on experience
