Job Description

SUMMARY This position is primarily responsible for providing support to Executive staff. Provides general support to Corporate and Regional staff by performing the essential duties described herein.
QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Updates monthly calendars daily and emails weekly to Corporate and Regional staff.
  • Check GOVWIN daily and distribute potential RFP's to appropriate Corporate staff.
  • Updates proposal log daily and sends out weekly to appropriate Corporate and Regional staff.
  • Completes on-line registrations for third party proposal systems.
  • Maintains Government Forms (e.g. - SF 254, SF 255 & SF 330) and SAM Registration.
  • Orders business cards, letterhead and envelopes.
  • Creates and populates files for Business Development activities.
  • Assists Executive staff with document preparation when necessary.
  • Designs banners/email blast invitations
  • Arranges lodging for conferences and classes, as needed.
  • Assists with mailings for projects, as needed.
  • Assists with processing of mail, when necessary.
  • Provides back-up to receptionist by answering and directing incoming telephone calls, when necessary.
  • Ability and flexibility to work in cooperation with all those assigned to the office.
  • Reports to the Universal Surveying & Mapping President.
