Executive Assistant to the Head of School Tulsa, OK Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Meeting minutes Event coordination 5 years Event planning Executive administrative support Project management Managing executive calendars Senior level Travel scheduling Communication skills Technical Proficiency Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description MUST DO Serve as the go-to person for the LCS Head of School and Assistant Head of School, keeping their path clear of all non-essential tasks and decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Anticipate the needs of the Head of School and proactively present solutions. Organize, execute, and manage a wide variety of projects. Responsible for coordinating yearly PIE meetings. Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management, responding to emails, booking travel, etc. Develop agendas for weekly meetings, record meeting notes, ensure proper follow-up, and prepare a variety of reports. Cultivate healthy relationships with staff by being an ambassador for the Head of School. Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs, and student organizations as directed. Assist the Director of Development as needed with weekly tasks and special projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills A love for efficient systems and an ability to build them The ability to organize and execute a wide variety of tasks Ability to keep confidential information Initiative to proactively move the ball forward Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft suite At least 5 years of administrative experience Experience in event planning and execution a plus
WORK SCHEDULE 7
30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday 12-month schedule, following LCS school calendar and Administrative schedule Required to attend meetings outside the normal workday as needed
