Job Description:
Executive Administrative Assistant Fully onsite in NW PDX $75K-$95K/year. (DOE) Our client is seeking a polished and resourceful Senior Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This individual will be a trusted partner to leadership, creating a welcoming and efficient workplace while balancing executive support, office operations, and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities Serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners while fostering a positive office environment. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships. Coordinate meetings, calendars, presentations, and administrative activities in support of senior leadership. Plan and execute team events, catered meetings, and workplace initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Identify operational improvements and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless office functionality. Qualifications 4-5 years of experience providing administrative support to VP-level or senior executives. 2-3 years of experience managing office operations within a professional environment. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and calendar management tools.
