Job Summary:
Position Summary Sammy's Place is seeking a motivated, organized, and community-minded Executive Assistant to support daily operations and program coordination. Our work centers on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families across the Oregon Coast. We are building programs that strengthen community connection, access, and opportunity ' and we are looking for someone who values this work and wants to be part of a growing, mission-driven organization. This role requires someone who can work independently, stay organized across multiple priorities, and take initiative in an evolving environment. The position may begin remotely, with plans to establish a local office and expand services regionally. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors, provide appropriate, friendly and patient direction
  • Manage scheduling, communications, and general administrative tasks
  • Support coordination of programs, trainings, and community events
  • Track participation, maintain records, and support outreach efforts
  • Maintain organized systems across files, CRM, and reporting tools
  • Support documentation for grants, board updates, and compliance Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years in administrative / office oversight
  • Preferred program administration experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable learning online systems, managing records and HIPAA compliance
  • Clear communication skills, positive and welcoming demeanor, and attention to detail
  • Interest in community-based work and supporting individuals with disabilities

Salary:
$18.00 to $22.00 per Hour Depending on Experience Job Requirements
