As we continue expanding, we seek a motivated and detail-oriented Disclosure Specialist to join our team. Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings Handle email correspondence and follow-up on action items Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related administration Create and maintain Excel reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools Coordinate projects and help drive accountability across teams Prioritize tasks and keep leadership focused on key objectives Perform administrative and operational support duties as needed What We're Looking For Strong payroll experience preferred Advanced Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and work independently A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude Someone who is confident, resourceful, and not afraid to follow up and keep projects moving
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in the mortgage or banking industry preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
