Executive Assistant to the Founder & Principal Broker ELEETE Real Estate ELEETE Real Estate is looking for a highly organized, polished, and service-minded Executive Assistant to support Lee Davies, Founder and Principal Broker, while helping ensure our Portland and Lake Oswego offices operate with consistency and professionalism. This is a key support role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys creating order, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in helping a busy executive and brokerage team stay organized, prepared, and moving forward. What You'll Do Provide executive-level administrative support to Lee, including scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, follow-up, and task tracking Help organize priorities, deadlines, communications, and next steps so nothing falls through the cracks Prepare agendas, meeting notes, correspondence, documents, reports, and other administrative materials as needed Assist with internal communication, agent-facing updates, and company-wide coordination Help support the flow of information between leadership, agents, staff, vendors, and outside partners Coordinate vendor appointments, office needs, facilities items, and service requests as needed Support onboarding logistics, access requests, and company platform coordination Assist with phones, mail, deliveries, office access, and general front-office support when needed Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive business, agent, and leadership information Serve as a calm, capable, professional resource who helps keep the day moving smoothly What Makes You a Great Fit You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-through You naturally anticipate needs and enjoy keeping people prepared and on track You communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly You are comfortable supporting a busy executive and shifting priorities throughout the day You stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of the details You enjoy being helpful, resourceful, and solution-oriented You are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and systems You understand the importance of discretion, professionalism, and trust What You Bring 3+ years of executive assistant, administrative support, or professional services experience Experience supporting executives, business owners, or senior leadership preferred Real estate or professional services experience is a plus Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools such as Outlook, Teams, Point, and Smartsheet Comfort with CRM and marketing platforms such as Cloze, MAXA, Canva, or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details, deadlines, and competing priorities Why ELEETE Join a supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration, consistency, professionalism, and exceptional service.
