We help clients create, preserve, and protect meaningful legacies while providing exceptional service with compassion, professionalism, and kindness. As Executive Assistant to the Owner and Senior Attorney, you will serve as a trusted partner responsible for managing communications, scheduling, priorities, and key projects. This highly visible role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Success in this role depends on your ability to create structure, manage competing priorities, and ensure that important details never fall through the cracks. You will serve as a central point of coordination between the Owner, clients, staff, and other professionals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Compensation:
$23 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Manage the Owner's calendar, scheduling, and priorities to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Monitor and coordinate communications, including email, voicemail, and client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up. Serve as a primary point of contact between the Owner, clients, staff, referral sources, and other professionals. Track deadlines, commitments, and projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-through. Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and other administrative documents. Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and special projects as needed. Provide high-level administrative and operational support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software. Experience with Clio or legal software preferred. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
