Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years experience in executive level support. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated strengths in staff coordination, project management and meeting planning. Performs administrative duties of a highly confidential nature for the SVP BH Finance. Strong verbal and written communication. Demonstrated learning agility. The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with departmental staff and other corporate executive assistants.
