Executive Assistant / Office Administrator (Growth Opportunity)

Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours support as needed About Us Bulldog® Cleaning & Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company specializing in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, and emergency services throughout Pennsylvania. We are building industry-leading systems, technology, and processes to scale into a premier regional organization. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and highly dependable Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to help keep the business running smoothly and support the owner directly. Position Summary This role combines executive support, office administration, customer service, and operational coordination. You will manage schedules, answer calls, track jobs, organize documents, maintain SOPs, and help build scalable systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves organization, problem-solving, and helping build a growing company. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and schedule jobs Manage the owner's calendar, priorities, and follow-up tasks Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and customers Organize job files, estimates, invoices, and insurance documentation Maintain SOPs, policies, and training materials Track KPIs and prepare weekly reports Assist with QuickBooks and light bookkeeping Manage email inboxes and customer communication Order office supplies and coordinate vendors Support hiring, onboarding, and HR administration Improve and document office processes Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience preferred Exceptional organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and cloud software Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Ability to manage confidential information Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems Fast learner with a positive attitude Preferred Experience Service business experience (restoration, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or similar) Knowledge of job scheduling and customer service Experience documenting SOPs and systems Benefits Competitive compensation Performance bonuses Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Direct involvement in building a high-growth company Why Join Bulldog®?
