Job Description

LaunchUX LLC is a growing web design, SEO, and social media agency based in Chambersburg, PA. We help businesses across the region build a stronger online presence through custom websites, search engine optimization, and digital strategy. We're a small, close-knit team that takes our work seriously and genuinely care about the clients and community we serve. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Executive Assistant to support our CEO across his three businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes in a position with future advancement and fulltime potential. Key Responsibilities Executive & Calendar Support Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments Attend internal and external meetings, take notes, and distribute action items Help the CEO stay organized across three business entities Community & Networking Representation Attend chamber of commerce functions, ribbon cuttings, and networking events on behalf of or alongside the CEO Participate in local business networking groups and build relationships within the community Bookkeeping & Administrative Support Enter payments and assist with invoicing in QuickBooks Handle bank deposits Manage office supply and water delivery orders Retrieve and sort mail Perform general clerical tasks as needed Office Management Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized office environment Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day office needs Learn the different practice areas of the business for well rounded knowledge What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable representing the company in a professional, outgoing manner at public events Basic bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks experience preferred, but can be trained Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Discreet and trustworthy — you'll have access to sensitive business information Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$17.00/hr

Part-time, in-office | Chambersburg, PA Specific hours flexible based on candidate availability and business needs
