Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm EST | Weekend and Holiday rotations | On-call availability as needed

What You'll Do:
Support the Executive Director in daily community operations to maintain a welcoming, safe, and resident‑centered environment aligned with the Community's mission and values. Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution. Provide oversight and hands‑on support for business office functions, including financial management, billing, payroll support, records management, and administrative operations. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and ongoing development of staff while fostering teamwork, accountability, and positive morale. Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies and procedures. Monitor occupancy, staffing levels, resident services, and operational performance to support community goals and financial targets. Participate in marketing and census‑building efforts, including tours, leasing activities, contracts, deposits, and system updates. Maintain strong working relationships with residents, families, staff, vendors, consultants, and community partners. Oversee documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and record retention for residents and employees. Provide leadership coverage, respond to concerns or emergencies as needed, and perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
What You'll Need:
High School diploma, required; Bachelor's degree, preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role, preferably in senior living or healthcare, required Valid Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) certification with Assisted Living Residence (ALR) Administrator module, required Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid state-issued driver's license Strong organizational, decision‑making, conflict management, and problem‑solving skills Demonstrated experience hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a resident‑centered approach Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn and use accounting, payroll, and community management software Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, professionalism, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality resident services Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits Available to
