Job Description

Our client is seeking a polished and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and senior leadership team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, supporting meetings and events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic executive environment while supporting a highly visible CEO and leadership team.
Location:
Paoli, PA (100% Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Compensation:
$37-43/hour

Temporary Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries Prepare for and support executive meetings, board meetings, leadership meetings, and company events Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors attending executive meetings and podcast recordings Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with office administration and special projects as needed Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, catering, and materials preparation Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executive leadership Qualifications Experience supporting a CEO or other senior executive in a high-level executive assistant capacity Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience Experience supporting board meetings, leadership meetings, company events, or executive presentations Exceptional communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills LA123
