This Executive Assistant role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys being a key communication hub, keeping executives prepared, and helping daily office operations run smoothly. This contract assignment is scheduled to run through October and offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, professional office setting with leadership that values accuracy, responsiveness, discretion, and teamwork. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support, manage confidential information, coordinate meetings, prepare business documents, and support administrative processes that help the leadership team stay focused and effective. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to executives and leadership teams. Prepare, format, review, and distribute invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other business documents. Manage corporate records, files, documents, and reports with accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, agendas, and follow-up activities for executive, committee, and board-level meetings. Review incoming communications, memos, submissions, and reports, then prioritize, route, or distribute information appropriately. Support general office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, and improving information flow across departments.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range:
$27 to $30 per hour.
