Full time/ Direct hire Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Board Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to a dynamic, member-driven organization. This role is responsible for supporting the Board of Directors and executive leadership while helping drive organizational initiatives, membership engagement, event coordination, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time remote position with flexible scheduling, including occasional evening availability. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Board Support Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors and executive leadership. Coordinate board meetings, maintain records, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives. Support volunteer board members with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Event Planning & Coordination Plan, organize, and execute multiple events, including networking functions, member meetings, leadership programs, and special events. Manage event logistics, scheduling, communications, registrations, and post-event follow-up. Membership & Community Engagement Support membership recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives. Assist with member communications, prospect meetings, and program coordination. Help facilitate leadership transitions and committee activities. Project Management Assist with strategic planning initiatives and organizational projects. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Support implementation of operational improvements and organizational changes. Stakeholder Communication Manage communications with members, volunteers, partners, and external stakeholders. Handle sensitive conversations and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Maintain strong relationships while ensuring organizational objectives are met. Operations Support Utilize Google Workspace, CRM systems, and communication platforms to manage workflows and organizational data. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Support additional administrative and operational projects as needed. Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating events, meetings, and special projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in a changing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Experience 2-4+ years of experience in executive support, administrative operations, project coordination, or board support. Experience working with membership organizations, nonprofit organizations, professional associations, or executive leadership teams. Background in event planning, program coordination, or stakeholder management preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
