The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of city and state facility compliance, realtor board memberships and state licensing renewals, corporate renewals etc. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate licensing applications, renewals, and compliance documentation across relevant jurisdictions. Manage Realtor Board memberships and compliance Manage state renewals for corporate renewals Collaborate with internal departments such as accounting, internal audit teams, and legal to ensure comprehensive compliance management. Prepare detailed reports on compliance status for senior management and regulatory agencies. Skills Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and Realtor Boards, as well as, Town and City document compliance, city taxes, state licensing, state compliance Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating across departments. This position plays a vital role in maintaining our organization's integrity by ensuring full compliance with applicable laws while supporting operational efficiency through effective licensing management.
