Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance incentives About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and resourceful professional to serve as the right hand to a successful entrepreneur and business owner. This position combines executive support, event planning, venue management, and rental property operations into one dynamic role. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities without constant supervision. No two days will look the same. One day may involve coordinating a large event, the next managing vendor relationships, tenant communications, or executive scheduling. Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant Duties Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements Screen communications and prioritize tasks Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials Track projects, deadlines, and follow up items Assist with business operations and special projects Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, tenants, and business partners Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems Event Planning & Venue Management Coordinate weddings, corporate events, networking events, private parties, and community gatherings Manage event inquiries from initial contact through event completion Conduct venue tours and assist prospective clients with bookings Prepare rental agreements and event documentation Coordinate vendors including caterers, decorators, DJs, photographers, and security personnel Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Ensure a high quality customer experience for venue clients Assist with marketing and promotion of venue rental opportunities Rental Property Management Serve as a point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants Coordinate leasing activities, move ins, and move outs Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair vendors Track rent collections and tenant communications Assist with lease administration and property documentation Coordinate inspections and property improvement projects Help maintain occupancy and tenant satisfaction across multiple properties Respond to property related issues professionally and efficiently Qualifications 3+ years of experience in executive support, event planning, hospitality, property management, operations, or a related field Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Professional appearance and demeanor High level of discretion and confidentiality Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong customer service and relationship management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with event venues, banquet halls, or hospitality operations Experience in residential or commercial property management Real estate, leasing, or property operations experience Social media and marketing experience Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or business owners Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Ideal Candidate You are highly organized, dependable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
