There is no such thing as a typical week here. We are a growing, multi-business operation — spanning food service, retail, and real estate investing— led by a CEO who moves fast and needs a true partner to keep everything running. One day you're coordinating with an accountant across multiple business entities. The next, you're drafting a proposal, chasing down a vendor, screening candidates, or helping get a new concept off the ground. If you thrive when no two days look the same, handle shifting priorities without flinching, and take pride in being the person everything runs through — this role was written for you. What You'll Do Own and manage the CEO's calendar — prioritizing ruthlessly, protecting focus time, and ensuring every day is set up for maximum impact Handle all email and communications — draft responses, flag what's urgent, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and accountants, attorneys, vendors, landlords, and business partners Prepare polished documents, presentations, proposals, and reports on short timelines Track open projects and action items across multiple businesses — following up until things are done Manage all travel arrangements — flights, hotels, ground transport, and detailed itineraries Support hiring logistics — posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates moving through the process Assist with new business research, concept development, and operational groundwork when new ideas are in motion Manage expenses, process invoices, and keep the financial paper trail organized and clean Handle sensitive personal and business matters with complete discretion Step into whatever is needed — because something always comes up, and you handle it What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, owner-operator, or senior executive Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple businesses or departments at the same time Strong written and verbal communication skills — you write well and represent leadership professionally Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 Experience with scheduling, vendor coordination, and basic financial document management Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy — you figure it out and ask when it matters Absolute discretion with sensitive, confidential business and personal information Background in multi-unit operations, food service, retail, or entrepreneurial environments is a strong plus Bachelor's degree preferred but not required — track record matters more Who You Are You read a situation before being asked to — proactive, not reactive You solve problems quietly and effectively, without needing hand-holding You follow through every single time, on everything You stay calm when things shift, and you adapt without complaint You hold yourself to a high standard and it shows in your work You understand that in a growing company, the job description is a starting point, not a ceiling Compensation & Benefits Paid time off Direct access and visibility working alongside an actively growing CEO and organization
