Executive Assistant / Future Operations ManagerAre you tired of doing the same thing every single day? Auto Solve owns and operates four automotive repair facilities across Arizona and Alaska, with aggressive plans to continue expanding. Our goal is to grow the Arizona market to five locations within the next four years, and we are looking for the right person to grow alongside us. This is not a typical "sit behind a desk and answer emails" executive assistant position. While organization and administrative skills are critical, this role is designed for someone who wants to become deeply involved in business operations and eventually step into a leadership role within the company. What You'll Do Responsibilities will vary day to day and may include: Managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with strong attention to detail and flexibility. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and incoming calls with professionalism and excellent customer service. Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and efficiently. Organizing digital and physical filing systems while maintaining accurate records and data entry. Assisting with office management tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and supporting day-to-day operations. Supporting special projects through research, document preparation, proofreading, and deadline management. Coordinating communication between vendors, management teams, and shop personnel. Assisting with scheduling, operational logistics, and task prioritization. Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive business information. Helping improve efficiency, organization, and communication across multiple business locations. As you learn the day-to-day operations of the company and work directly alongside ownership, the long-term goal is for this role to evolve into a District Operations Manager position overseeing multiple repair facilities.
