They maintain a fast-paced schedule and require a highly trusted professional assistant who can manage complex priorities, exercise sound judgment, and represent him and his companies with the highest level of professionalism and discretion in both business and public settings.
Job Summary:
The Professional Assistant provides comprehensive business and personal support to an entrepreneur overseeing multiple businesses and initiatives. This role is deeply involved in day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, and executive support, while also managing select personal tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and discreet, with the ability to manage competing priorities across business, personal, and public-facing responsibilities. Due to the involvement of political and government-related activities, exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Operational Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance across multiple businesses, supporting workflow coordination, tracking priorities, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow-through on key initiatives.
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones, anticipate conflicts, and proactively adjust priorities to maximize efficiency.
Travel Coordination:
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution and contingency planning.
Personal & Business Task Management:
Handle a blend of professional and personal administrative tasks with discretion, efficiency, and clear prioritization, while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Marketing Support:
Assist with marketing initiatives by coordinating content, scheduling campaigns, tracking deliverables, and supporting brand-aligned communications.
Public Relations & Communications:
Support public relations efforts by drafting correspondence, coordinating appearances, managing communications, and liaising with media contacts and external partners as directed.
Political & Government Engagement Support:
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communications related to political, government, or community engagements while maintaining strict professionalism and awareness of public-facing implications.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
Serve as a point of contact between the entrepreneur and internal teams, vendors, partners, public officials, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
Confidential Information Management:
Handle sensitive business, personal, and public information with the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Project & Task Tracking:
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives, following up as needed to ensure completion and accountability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, professional assistant, or high-level administrative support role, preferably supporting an entrepreneur or senior leader with multiple responsibilities; experience in government, public sector, or political environments is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, public officials, stakeholders, and external partners.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable using scheduling, project management, social media platforms, and other communication tools.
Organization & Time Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
Self-Motivation:
Highly self-directed with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
Professionalism:
Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment, particularly in public-facing, political, or government-related settings.
Problem-Solving:
Able to assess situations quickly, identify solutions, and make sound decisions while managing competing priorities. Attention to

Fast-paced, professional environment supporting an entrepreneur with multiple businesses and public-facing responsibilities; includes office, remote, and on-site settings depending on business and scheduling needs.
Physical Demands:
Combination of prolonged periods of sitting during remote or office-based work, extended time sitting while driving for local travel, and attending networking, business, or public events that may require long periods of standing and/or walking.
Shifts:
