The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. This role is part-time, with the potential for full-time based on performance and grant funding availability. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person attendance required for events and meetings.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Manage and maintain the Leadership Team schedule. Prepare and submit reports for review with a high level of accuracy. Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution. Take meeting notes and maintain other documents as needed. Serve as a personal assistant to the Leadership Team by providing support for various administrative tasks. Handle communication systems with professionalism, ensuring effective phone/email etiquette when interacting with program participants and community partners. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important information. Assist in the planning and coordination of company events or meetings as required. Scheduling meetings with key stakeholders Developing and maintaining contact lists Co-manage communications, including meetings, webinars, and task reminders Taking meeting notes and managing action items post-meeting
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Google Suite software. Advanced computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with a small team.

Social Media experience Graphic Design experience
Hours:
25 hours per week. Approximately 9:30am-2:30 pm daily Monday -Friday, with some flexibility.
Pay:
$25-$27 per hour, depending on experience.

About HRO:
HRO is Ohio's largest distributor of the opioid overdose-reversing drug naloxone. We are a Project DAWN site and the only licensed lay distributor of naloxone in Ohio. HRO also holds conferences, works for policy changes, promotes syringe service programs, conducts trainings, analyzes data, and promotes public health. We also support and engage in outreach to stigmatized populations (such as people who are experiencing homelessness or engaged in sex work).
