Job Description
Key responsibilities: Own day-to-day operations: manage client files, onboarding, policy paperwork, document tracking, and compliance follow-through.
Manage client communications:
send and respond to client emails, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-ups. Calendar management & scheduling: prioritize and coordinate the advisor's meetings, client reviews, and leadership commitments. Systems & processes: maintain CRM, e-signature platforms, workflows, and reporting; propose and implement process improvements.
Administrative support:
meeting agendas, notes, and deliverables; type/format documents and presentations.
Project coordination:
track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to completion with rigorous follow-through. Exercise independent judgment and urgency to resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and make day-to-day decisions.
Required qualifications:
3+ years professional workplace experience (administrative experience preferred). Bachelor's degree. Minnesota Health & Life insurance license, or ability and commitment to obtain within 3 months of hire. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated high follow-through, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making skills and comfort taking ownership of operational tasks.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
