We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who is energized by variety, loves managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping leaders and organizations succeed. This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a key partner to our executive team, helping drive business operations, support consulting projects, and contribute to the growth of a company that is transforming workplaces across the veterinary profession. About Us Veterinary Business Advisors is a nationally recognized human resources and business consulting firm serving veterinary hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout the United States. We help practices build stronger teams, develop better leaders, improve workplace culture, and navigate complex HR and operational challenges. Our work changes organizations, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that mission. What You'll Do As our Executive Assistant, you'll be at the center of the action, helping ensure our leadership team can focus on strategic priorities while you keep operations running smoothly. Executive Partnership Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities Coordinate high level client meetings and internal strategy sessions Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business communications Track key initiatives and ensure important deadlines never fall through the cracks Anticipate needs and proactively identify solutions Project & Business Operations Support consulting projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and follow up actions Assist with client onboarding and engagement activities Maintain organized systems, records, and workflows Help improve processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency Client Experience Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients Ensure exceptional responsiveness and follow through Help create a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to excellence What Makes You Successful You are: Highly organized and detail oriented Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat A natural problem solver who takes initiative Professional, polished, and confident communicating with executives and clients Tech savvy and eager to learn new systems Dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently Qualifications 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience managing calendars, projects, and competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and related business applications Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
