CPC Capital is a single, unified platform that drives CPC's lending activities. This is a dynamic team, focused on meeting borrower's needs with the right capital products and providing best-in-class customer service. The Executive Assistant for CPC Capital will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to the Chief Business Officer, Head of CPC Capital, "Chief Business Officer," as well as provide limited support to business leadership within CPC Capital. The Executive Assistant will also be required to work in partnership with staff supporting the Office of the CEO and senior management team at CPC.What You'll Do:
Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Chief Business Officer including managing a high-volume calendar with shifting priorities; coordinating logistics with internal/external participants; arranging for room setup and catering (when needed). Provide support for CPC Capital team off-site meetings - identifying and booking meeting space; serving as liaison with venue staff; ensuring smooth flow of the meetings. Work with Chief of Staff to Chief Business Officer to anticipate needs, trouble shoot conflicts and keep operations running efficiently. Handle conference registration support and travel bookings for the Chief Business Officer and CPC Capital leadership team. Prepare and process travel and expense reports and invoices for assigned executives in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy. Communicate on behalf of the Office of the Chief Business Officer with professionalism and discretion. Provide ad hoc executive and administrative support, including on-site or out-of-office coverage for fellow executive support team members.Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and with others Proficiency in MS Office applications and Concur or any expense management tool Can exercise good judgement and maintain confidentiality Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experienceWhat We Offer:

The salary range is $85,000 - $100,000, dependent on experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
