Position:
Executive Assistant (Must live in Jacksonville, FL) About the role: As executive assistant, your goal is to help keep the CEO on track and organized.
Responsibilities:
Organizing CEO's calendar and agenda Ensuring agenda is met every day Gatekeeper of communication: be the first point-of-contact for any callers, handle calls that do not require the CEO and pass on calls that do Run errands as needed Arrange travel as needed Accompany during travel to ensure agenda is met as needed Handle day-to-day company administrative tasks as assigned Who we are looking for: Strong customer service skills Administrative experience Works well under pressure Able to solve problems on their own Able to determine what should be escalated to the CEO and what should be handled on their own - Comfortable with a hybrid schedule - some days at the office, other days flexible Comfortable traveling when the role calls for it
