Salary:
$45,000•$47,000 About Us Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is a locally owned organization focusing on serving individuals, families, and communities to create better outcomes for all. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be. ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each other's professional goals. Our team members offer a broad background of experience and education dedicated to providing care for individuals from all walks of life. The primary function of this position is to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other leadership team members, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication across the agency. Primary Responsibilities Manage executive calendars and assist with scheduling meetings. Support executive leadership with organizing and drafting communications. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports. Assist with project coordination, tech support, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Support agency-wide initiatives, agency-wide wellness efforts, and events as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication. Strong organizational skills and self-drive are critical. Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team. Capability to collect data and engage in appropriate feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of a High School diploma is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.
