Job Description
Position Summary The Associates of St. John Bosco is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support project management, administration, events, and program operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the Church's mission of evangelization to young people, possesses exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a hybrid position. Key Responsibilities Acting as the right-hand to the Executive Director Advanced organizational skills to manage time, coordinate calendars, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Helping drive ASJB projects to key benchmarks and deadlines Technical calendar management skills to operate scheduling, calendar, and task-management software Excellent written communication skills for drafting emails and other documents on behalf of the Executive Director Other administrative duties, including but not limited to: RISE Awards Overseeing communications and follow-up with the RISE Awards recipients Overseeing the RISE Awards inbox and communications with Campus Ministries, Processing applications, Researching Campus Ministries and maintaining

database Bosco Benefit Seeking sponsorships and helping drive attendance at ASJB's largest annual fundraising event Qualifications & Skills Experience with GANTT charts, project management tools, and calendar management Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated and able to follow through on deadlines Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) preferred Alignment with ASJB's Catholic mission and values Estimated Time 15 hours per week, between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Some evening meetings may be expected.
