This role is a key hire supporting top executives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Description:
This is a high-level Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative role supporting multiple senior leaders, including international stakeholders. The position blends traditional executive support with coordination of projects, documents, and light financial processes. It requires a polished, adaptable professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel Support 2-3 senior leaders with day-to-day administrative needs Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations (Word, PowerPoint) Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking Coordinate meetings, events, and client interactions with professionalism Partner cross-functionally with teams such as finance, legal, and marketing Handle ad hoc requests and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously Background in professional services environments (consulting, legal, finance preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to adapt to different working styles and priorities
Additional Details:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as needed Exposure to global teams and cross-time-zone collaboration Interview process includes phone screen, skills assessment, and multiple interview rounds
