Job Summary We're looking for an exceptionally organized, intelligent assistant who can keep up with our accelerating pace. In this role, you'll support our leadership across several companies—one day you might be scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires, and the next you could be researching new opportunities or helping craft business strategies. You'll be the person who keeps our day on track and makes sure details don't slip through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics across multiple ventures. Assist with recruiting and hiring processes: review resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates. Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines are met; prepare meeting notes and follow‑up action items.
Support business development activities:
conduct market research, prepare presentations, monitor project timelines, and help drive sales initiatives. Draft correspondence, maintain shared files, and handle general administrative tasks (emails, phone calls, data entry). Liaise with internal departments and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow‑through. Qualifications Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle shifting priorities with grace. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with clients and candidates. Tech‑savvy: comfortable using project management tools, spreadsheets, video conferencing software, and willing to learn new platforms quickly. Self‑starter who anticipates needs, solves problems proactively, and stays two steps ahead. Previous experience in an administrative, recruiting, or business development support role is preferred but not required. Schedule & Compensation Part‑time position (20-25 hours per week), flexible scheduling. Starting pay is $18 per hour This role is classified as part‑time and is not benefits‑eligible at this time.
