Summary Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant is an experienced professional with a strong background providing high-level support to CEOs and teams within mission-driven nonprofit organizations. Expertise in attention to detail, project coordination, working with confidential correspondence and handling donor and stakeholder communications, while ensuring seamless day-to-day executive operations. Proven ability to anticipate leadership and agency needs, manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted partner in planning, project coordination, and organizational communications. Highly organized, discreet, and adaptable, with exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced nonprofit environments.
Key responsibilities include:
  • General CEO and Board Support
  • Salesforce CRM (System Training Required) Fund development platform & capabilities Donation tracking & stewardship Campaigns Grant support
  • Finance Support Payroll and timekeeping Monthly federal grant reimbursement Monthly financials Expense reports Credit card reconciliation Annual audit
  • Provide support to all fundraising events. Logistics, planning, set up Sponsorship, In-kind, participation tracking Post-event reporting Manage all vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Develop, modify, and deliver agency policies and procedures and manage agency human resource needs.
  • Manage facility, equipment, and supply needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates in this process will meet the following requirements Attention to detail and solid project management skills. 3+ years of experience in nonprofit, project or office management. Proven ability to organize and analyze data sets, write concise plans and reports. Knowledge of nonprofit policy, procedure, compliance, and budget necessities. Capable of working cross-functionally to build capacity. Excellent customer service and written and verbal communications skills. Financial and data management experience preferred. Bachelors degree preferred.
Hours/Workdays:
M-F, Daytime
  • some nights and weekends.
Location:
Manitowoc and Sheboygan office; some remote options may be available.
